Standardized Operating Procedures for Prospective Homebuyers
Real Estate Rebate Team LLC is committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for prospective buyers. As per New York Real Property Law §442-H, here are the standardized procedures that all prospective homebuyers should be aware of before engaging with us.
- 1. Identification Requirements: Real Estate Rebate Team does not generally require prospective clients to provide photo identification in order to receive services. However, individual property owners, developers, or listing agents may request photo ID prior to property viewings or in certain specific circumstances. If identification is required, this will be communicated before any engagement.
- 2. Exclusive Buyer Representation: We do not mandate an exclusive buyer representation agreement in order to work with Real Estate Rebate Team. Clients are welcome to seek assistance with or without such an agreement, depending on their preferences. Our goal is to provide flexibility and freedom for our clients to make the best decisions.
- 3. Mortgage Pre-Approval: Although we do not require a mortgage pre-approval to begin working with our team, some property owners or developers might request proof of pre-approval prior to viewing properties or entering negotiations. If such a request is made, we will ensure that this information is clearly communicated to the client. These standardized procedures are readily available to the public, and printed copies can be provided upon request at any of our office locations or through our website.
